Terms and Conditions:
This product is an on-demand order fulfilled by Printful.com. Once you have placed an order, you might no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it.
Although we represent each design as accurately as possible via the provided images by the Printful company, we cannot guarantee the 100% accuracy of the product representations on our website compared to the final product.
Shipping and Delivery:
You must ensure that you provide us with accurate information and delivery address to avoid delays and loss of your parcel.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and, to the extent permitted by law, accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for products delivered after the estimated delivery date. The average time for delivery may be shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively, be delivered much faster.
If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 20 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
We reserve the right to place your order on hold for 10 days if we need to confirm details from you, such as your address, or in case of other issues.
Claim and Return:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. All claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Note that the default return address is set to be to one of the Printful company facilities based on where your package was fulfilled; hence you are kindly requested to contact us before returning any products; refer to this page for more details.
If your order is indicated as “Delivered” by the carrier, it would be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment.
