Institute of Virtual Workforce Management Membership

Virtual Enablement

Virtual team building games with a measurement dashboard and reporting. Beginning in Phase 1, they bring participants together virtually, in a virtual environment, simulating virtual working conditions, to perform team building activities virtually. They are an exciting, single or multiple group experience.


  • Addresses all elements of team performance impacted by the negative effects of working virtually.
  • Simulates a collaborative virtual environment targeting improvement in intra- and cross-team relationships.
  • Makes an effective virtual or hybrid team possible.

Awarness Assessments

Awareness Assessments are used in Phase 2 to evaluate team and member alignment with personal and procedural needs for working virtually. The assessments are made after Virtual Enablement events, furthering Virtual Team Development efforts in Phase 1. The resultant reported readiness of the virtual team to support virtual operations is also used in the decision analysis supporting the transformation decision made in Phase 3.

Team Performance Awareness Assessment

A Facilitator led observation-type assessment and report.


  • Addresses loss of insight on team health and status impacting team performance.
  • Assesses, reports, and used to improve performance using certified game facilitators as assessors.

Team Personality Awareness Assessment

An online questionnaire-type assessment and report of alignment with desirable personality characteristics.

Team Culture Awareness Assessment

An online questionnaire-type assessment and report of alignment with desirable cultural characteristics.

Procedural Awareness Assessment
